Task-Ninja respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use the Task-Ninja platform.

2. Why We Collect Information

Account registration and authentication.
Email and mobile verification.
Provider identity verification.
Displaying nearby providers based on the user's location.
Displaying provider profiles and services.
Fraud prevention and misuse of free trials.
Subscription management.
Customer support and legal compliance.

3. Direct Contact

Task-Ninja displays only limited provider information such as the provider's name, service name, category and service location. The provider's registered mobile number is not displayed directly in the application.

When a user taps the Call button, the application only opens the device's default phone dialer with the provider's registered mobile number automatically populated.

Task-Ninja does not provide in-app calling, chat or messaging and does not initiate, record, monitor, intercept or control telephone calls.

4. Provider Verification

Providers must complete identity verification using documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, Live Selfie and address details before listing services. Verification only reviews submitted information and does not guarantee identity, qualifications, licensing, reliability or service quality.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers, when required by law, or to investigate fraud and security incidents. A provider's registered mobile number is made available only when a user taps the Call button.

6. Location

Location permission is used only to discover nearby providers. We do not continuously track users in the background. Users may revoke location permission through device settings.

7. Account Deletion

Account deletion may be processed as a soft deletion. Certain information may be retained to prevent fraud, repeated free-trial misuse, duplicate registrations, legal compliance and security.

8. Data Retention

We may retain verification records, deleted account records, subscription history, login history, technical logs and security records where permitted or required by law.

9. Third-Party Services

Task-Ninja may use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Maps, Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (where enabled).

10. Disclaimer

Task-Ninja is only a technology platform that helps users discover nearby independent service providers. Any call, communication, quotation, appointment, agreement, payment, service or dispute after a user contacts a provider is solely between the user and the provider.
